The wool used to make this ball of yarn is of the ITALIAN MERINIZZATA breed, coming from flocks that graze on the slopes of the Parco nazionale del Gran Sasso e Monti della Laga in Italy. The entire production chain took place in the BIELLA textile district in Northen Italy: washed and combed by Pectinatura di Verrone SPA in Verrone, spun by Filatura Core S.a.s. in Miagliano, twisted by Ritorcitura Filati di Cagnazzi & C. s.n.c. in Mongrando. dyed by Tintoria Mancini s.r.l. in Sandigliano and balled by Gomitolatura Roberta sa.s. in Vigliano Biellese.
